BS7858:2019 requires disclosure of all unspent convictions under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974, including motoring offences and any pending charges. A Basic DBS check will be carried out as part of the screening process. Failure to disclose relevant convictions is grounds for immediate withdrawal of any offer of employment.
